Emirates awarded for digital customer service excellence

Sitecore, one of the world’s leading digital experience platforms, awarded Emirates’ marketing team “Best Use of a Customer Data Platform (CDP)”.

Emirates received the prize at the current GITEX, Dubai’s technology trade show, for delivering exceptional digital customer experience (CX) using the Boxever platform.

Emirates was chosen from 110 large service providers for its superior CX and digital capabilities. Emirates has invested in CDP solutions like Boxever, bought by Sitecore in March 2021, for the last four years to meet customers’ complicated needs. In addition, the Group’s internal marketing team and Boxever have worked closely together to meet a demanding customer agenda.

According to Mohammed AlKhotani, Area Vice President, Middle East and North Africa, Sitecore, “Emirates’ marketing team has developed its digital customer experiences using the Sitecore CDP solution to address complex client needs.”
