One of this year’s most important aviation industry events, the Dubai Airshow 2021 in Dubai, was recently attended by Joramco, the Amman-based MRO provider and engineering arm of Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE).

Following the COVID-19 downturn, aviation and its ancillary industries have made a strong recovery. The company expects a significant increase in MRO needs as flights return to normal, particularly for its widebody maintenance services, following the pandemic.

“Joramco is accelerating out of the pandemic, our hangars are full, and we are ready to expand and develop our capabilities,” said CEO Fraser Currie. In addition to Jordan’s Prime Minister, HE Dr. Bisher Al-Khasaweh, and the company’s current and potential business partners, airline customers, and technical suppliers, Joramco had a high-profile booth at the trade show. In addition to more than 1,200 exhibitors, the Dubai Airshow 2021 featured numerous country pavilions and displays of new commercial, private, and military aircraft.

As an independent commercial aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) facility, Joramco has built a solid reputation as a leading independent facility serving a wide range of customers in the Middle East, Europe, and South Asia as well as Russia and the CIS countries.
