In the next six months, Emirates plans to hire more than 500 IT specialists in Dubai.

Emirates Group, the parent company of Emirates Airlines, has announced that it is looking to hire highly experienced IT workers because of the company’s growing demand for air travel.

In the next six months, Emirates plans to hire more than 500 IT professionals to help build its own pipeline of talent with expertise in a variety of areas, including cybersecurity, technical product management, DevOps, hybrid cloud, modern architecture, software engineering, service management, digital workplace, agile delivery, and innovation.

Due to the firm’s increasing air travel demand, Emirates Group, the parent company of Emirates Airlines, has announced that it is recruiting for highly experienced IT personnel.

Within six months, Emirates intends to hire more than 500 IT professionals in a variety of areas, including cybersecurity, technical product management, DevOps (DevOps in the Cloud), the modernization of architecture and software engineering as well as the digital workplace and agile delivery and innovation.

Aside from Emirates’ own internal programmes, the airline has also engaged in a number of innovation programmes such as the Aviation X-Lab in conjunction with General Electric (GE), Airbus (Airbus), Thales (Thales), and Collins Aerospace (Collins).
